Happy Holidays. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the original purchase date for your handbag to be delivered. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. A follow-up email with the delivery date will be sent once your order has shipped.

Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure you are informed about our order processing, shipping options, costs, and more.

Post Pre - Order Period

 Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays.

Order Tracking Details

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Domestic Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

International Shipping Options

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 5-7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, Changes, and Cancellations

  • Cancellations and Changes: We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.

  • Refunds: No Refunds. ALL sales are final. 

  • Returns: Each handbag is handmade and crafted with 100% natural fibers, ensuring the highest quality. Customers must inspect their bag for any damages upon receipt. You have 15 days to thoroughly examine your bag and report any defects to our team upon receiving your bag. Any return order is eligible for exchange only. Please refer to the return instructions included in your order. Each handbag includes an authentication card to confirm product identification and authenticity.
