This photo shoot marks a significant chapter in the journey of Jeanice Parker, founder of FOUR CEES, as she collaborated with the renowned Camila Falquez for a refined and impactful photo shoot. Known for her evocative imagery that blends surrealism, fashion, and portraiture, Camila’s work honors social and gender diversity while channeling painterly color palettes and the traditions of fashion photography. A Colombian-born artist and the 2023 Photographer of the Year at the Latin American Fashion Awards, her photographs have graced the pages of The New Yorker, Vogue Italia, W Magazine, The Art Newspaper, and The Guardian.

This remarkable opportunity was orchestrated by Custom Collaborative, the very institution that nurtured Jeanice’s talents as a designer. True to their mission of empowering no/low-income and immigrant women for success in sustainable fashion, the organization created this shoot to spotlight its alumni students and their designs. The collaboration served as a beautiful platform to highlight the creative journeys and work of designers like Jeanice Parker.

The shoot featured both Jeanice and Maelyn Roland, the FOUR CEES muse model, adorned in a one-of-a-kind design from Jeanice’s forthcoming collection, Radiance of the Sea. This collection is inspired by the ethereal glow of bioluminescent creatures, and the dress Maelyn wore reflected the collection’s theme of illumination and vitality. Complementing the look, Maelyn carried the I AM Prolific handbag from FOUR CEES’ I AM Collection, embodying the brand's ethos of mindfulness and empowerment.

Jeanice described her collaboration with Camila as seamless and inspiring.
